The purpose of this study was to Explaining the drivers of the development of championship sports in Iran. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature-based on future, analytical and exploratory methods that will be performed qualitatively; It was also a method of collecting documentary and library information. Factors affecting the development of sports in the province were extracted using the opinions of experts in ten areas (factors related to the competition and event, manpower factors, fundamental factors, socio-cultural factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, managerial and organizational factors, factors related to Media, motivational factors and incentives, economic and financial factors, educational and scientific factors) were categorized. These items were analyzed in a 10. 10 matrix in Mick Mac software and factors were prioritized based on impact. Finally using Scenario Wizard software; Possible and favorable scenarios for the championship sport of Khorasan Razavi province in the horizon of 1410 were identified in three scenarios.
