Objective: The purpose of this research was to design a motivational climate model for coaches with competitive anxiety of Basij athletes in Mashhad. Methodology: The statistical population of this research was made up of all the athletes who are members of Basij in the Mashhad area, and 250 of them were selected through available sampling. The research method is descriptive and correlation type, which was implemented in the field. In order to collect data, Ronald et al.'s motivational climate questionnaires (2008) and Martens et al.'s (1990) competitive anxiety questionnaires were used. The reliability of the motivational climate and competitive anxiety questionnaires was obtained using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient test, respectively, 0.92 and 0.86. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression analysis and path analysis were used. Results: The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the motivational atmosphere of coaches and the components of atmosphere of mastery and atmosphere of performance with competitive anxiety of Basij athletes. On the other hand, regression analysis showed that the components of mastery climate and performance climate can predict the competitive anxiety of Basij athletes. Also, the path analysis pattern between motivational atmosphere of coaches and competitive anxiety of mobilization athletes is negative and significant. Conclusion: By creating a sports environment with motivation and vitality, coaches can reduce athletes' anxiety and increase their performance
