Objective: Understanding the key factors affecting different systems in each organization can be the bedrock and guide for improving roadmaps and development of scenarios for the future of that system.Given the importance of this issue, this study has identified and clustered the key factors affecting the future of human resources development in the Physical Education Organization of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a structural analysis approach.
Methodology: This research is operational in terms of goal-setting strategy, and its method is descriptive-analytical and also explanatory based on feature research methods.Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and experimental data by survey method based on Delphi method.Participants in the study were 20 experts and specialists in the field of sports organizations who were selected by purposive sampling. Structural analysis approach and Micmac software have been used for data analysis.
Results: The results of this study showed that the dispersion of key variables affecting the future of human resources development in the Physical Education Organization of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran has an unstable system. Among the 25 factors studied in this study, 7 factors (knowledge management, upgrading the capabilities and abilities of employees, emphasis on organizational learning, staff multi-skills, acquisition of new skills, IT management and creating learning organization) play the most key role in The future of human resource development in the Physical Education Organization of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Conclusion: As key forces and trends affecting the future of human resources development evolve, the emphasis on individual learning, utilizing management performance systems, identifying personnel needs, promoting a culture of development, and promoting a culture of adaptability with change will be far greater.
